                               RESOLUTION NO. 19365
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF MOORE ROAD AND CLUB DRIVE MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SUNDAY,
                   MARCH 22, 1992 FOR THE PRESENTATION OF
                   "BRAINERD HIGH SCHOOL PARADE" UNDER THE
                   SPONSORSHIP OF BRAINERD HIGH SCHOOL UNDER
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the northeastbound traffic lane closest to
       the northwest curb of Club Drive from Moore Road to St. Marks
       Avenue on Sunday, March 22, 1992 from 2:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. and
       the temporary closing of the northbound traffic lanes of Moore
       Road from Brainerd Road to Brainerd High School on the same date
       from 2:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. for the presentation of the "Brainerd 

       High School Parade" under the sponsorship of Brainerd High School 

       provided that the sponsors shall set out and pick up all traffic
       cones, and traffic signs in accordance with the traffic control
       plan attached hereto and shall provide at all times, an access
       lane for residential and emergency vehicles.
